“if you can't change the world, change your world ”
About Me
Hello, I'm Bahar.
I graduated from the Art Management department, and from a young age, I had a deep passion for both sports and the arts. I played basketball and badminton, while also exploring the world of arts through acting classes and learning to play the piano and guitar. Art and sports have always been equally important to me and have shaped who I am today.
During my studies, I began working in the music industry and curating exhibitions. After college, I continued in the music industry, but also discovered yoga and felt drawn to become an instructor. I completed my Yoga Teacher Training Program and embarked on my career as a yoga instructor. Throughout this journey, I studied various types of yoga including face yoga, yin yoga, kids yoga, pregnancy yoga, and mindfulness practices.
After completing a Yoga and Physiology course at New York University, I decided to expand my knowledge into the fitness realm. This led me to study corrective and exercise for health. Once I finished my training in exercise for health, I shifted my teaching approach to a more holistic and medical perspective, ensuring a safer, more comprehensive approach to health.
I also pursued a Pilates course to further enrich my classes. Alongside my fitness journey, I have always been fascinated by Zen philosophy, which I’ve practiced for many years. Zen has deeply influenced my approach to both life and teaching. In addition, helped me to understand myself and my life purpose. As I believe simplicity is curicial for our body as well as our mind.
In my teaching, everything is interconnected. I approach wellness from a holistic perspective, emphasizing the importance of longevity and anti-aging through strength, flexibility, and mobility. My mission is to help my community create a sustainable, healthy lifestyle that nourishes every aspect of their being, guiding them on a journey of physical, mental, and emotional well-being in a cosy environment.
I believe that wellness isn’t just about physical exercise — it’s a lifestyle which also contains our living and working places, our relationships, sleeping patterns and so on and my goal is to help others build a balanced, happier life by a magical touch of simplicity.
