As a graduate of Art Management, I always had a passion for both sports and the arts. I worked in the music industry before becoming a yoga instructor, completing various yoga and fitness certifications, including Pilates, corrective exercise and exercise for health. Drawing from Zen philosophy, I emphasize a holistic approach to wellness, focusing on strength, flexibility, and longevity. My mission is to guide others toward a balanced, healthy lifestyle that nurtures my clients' body, mind, and soul.
